Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] after ordering. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
UK Shipping Methods and Costs
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class):
This service is £3.00
Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Upgraded Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class):
This service is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
International delivery is stated on the shipping pages on checkout and sent Royal Mail also.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include a tracking number where available.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely to withstand the rigours of shipping.
However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the postal carrier once they have been dispatched from our premises.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you:
Choose the upgraded tracked shipping service at checkout.
Contact your local sorting office if a delivery seems delayed.
If you have chosen a tracked service and your order is lost, we will work with you and the postal service to initiate a trace and claim process. Any refund or reshipment in such instances is contingent upon the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Missing or Damaged Items Policy
All orders are packed with care and checked against stock before dispatch. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or appears to be missing, the following procedure must be followed:

Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos are required, including:

All sides of the outer packaging

Any visible damage (e.g., rips, tears, crushed areas)

The shipping label

All contents received laid out

Any packaging materials inside the parcel

Claims cannot be processed without photographic evidence.

Once the required photos are received, I will investigate with the courier.

If the courier does not confirm damage and the parcel weight matches the dispatched weight, replacements or refunds cannot be issued.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to protect both buyer and seller. Thank you for your understanding.
