We want you to be delighted with your order. If something isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Period
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
You must initiate the return within the 7-day period by contacting us as detailed below.
A reason for the return must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at alignandvibe@outlook.com or use the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Pack the Items: Once your return is authorised, you will be responsible for securely packaging the item(s) for their journey back to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a further 5-7 business days.
Please note:
The cost of the original outbound delivery is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit on their return journey, so we strongly advise you to use a tracked service.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, such as pierced jewellery, cosmetics, and personal care items. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Missing or Damaged Items Policy
All orders are packed with care and checked against stock before dispatch. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or appears to be missing, the following procedure must be followed:

Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos are required, including:

All sides of the outer packaging

Any visible damage (e.g., rips, tears, crushed areas)

The shipping label

All contents received laid out

Any packaging materials inside the parcel

Claims cannot be processed without photographic evidence.

Once the required photos are received, I will investigate with the courier.

If the courier does not confirm damage and the parcel weight matches the dispatched weight, replacements or refunds cannot be issued.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to protect both buyer and seller. Thank you for your understanding.
