1. How long does delivery take?
We aim to get your crystals to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 48 hours, and shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.
2. Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Yes! We are committed to ethically sourcing all our crystals. We work closely with trusted suppliers who prioritize fair trade practices, safe working conditions, and environmental sustainability.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us at alignandvibe@outlook.com to initiate a return or exchange.
4. How can I care for my crystals?
Crystals thrive when cleansed and charged regularly. You can cleanse them by:
Placing them in sunlight or moonlight
Smudging with sage or palo santo
Using sound vibrations from a singing bowl or bell
Avoid using water with soft or porous crystals (like selenite or halite).
5. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

6. Can I order a specific crystal that isn’t on your site?
We love helping you find exactly what you need! If there’s a specific crystal you’re looking for, contact us and we’ll do our best to source it for you.
